HeirPal ("we," "us," or "our") operates heirpal.com — a private matchmaking platform connecting individuals who wish to pass on wealth, wisdom, property, or cherished possessions ("Grantors") with individuals open to receiving such gifts ("Heirs"). We are currently in a pre-launch waitlist phase.

2. Information We Collect

During the current waitlist phase, we collect only:

• Your email address
• Your self-selected role (Grantor or Heir)

When the full platform launches, we will collect additional information including identity verification data, profile information, and communications. This policy will be updated accordingly before that occurs.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Notify you when HeirPal launches
• Send relevant updates about the platform
• Understand the composition of our early audience
